Our CEO Ash Warne started the business in 2017 after leading the simulator programmes at McLaren and Ferrari F1 teams. We have since grown to a team of over 65 engineers, delivering turnkey driving simulators to customers including Ferrari F1 Team as well as a number of other marquee brands.

 

About the team

We are a team of engineers experienced both in the design and manufacture of driving simulators, as well as their use in vehicle development. We develop, deliver and support outstanding, ground-breaking simulators and motion generators that support the engineering that leads to winning performance on the track.

 

The role

As a Quality & Continuous Improvement Engineer at Dynisma, you will lead our efforts to maintain and enhance the quality of our driving simulators and motion generators. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to ensure that all quality standards meet or exceed the requirements of our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program to improve product reliability and compliance.
  • Conduct continuous improvement activities to enhance manufacturing processes and simulator performance.
  • Manage supplier quality assurance activities, including audits, compliance checks, and performance evaluations.
  • Perform in-house inspections of materials and finished products to ensure strict adherence to specifications.
  • Lead the accreditation and continuous compliance with ISO standards, specifically ISO 9001:2015
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate quality control measures into the design and production phases.
  • Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends.
  • Knowledge of drawing standards / GD&T, mechanical, composite or electrical engineering would be beneficial but not essential

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or high-tech industries.
  • Proven track record of managing supplier quality assurance and conducting audits.
  • Strong experience with continuous improvement processes and methodologies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards such as UL508A / CE marking / TUV
