Steve’s background has always been in High Performance Automation & Controls, working in a range of diverse markets and applications.
Qualified as an Electrical Controls and Power Engineer, Steve increasingly took on diverse product management, development, and leadership responsibilities for global companies:- Mitsubishi, Rockwell Automation, ABB and others. However, following a market shift, he became involved in the creation and growth of multi-disciplined Industrial manufacturing services giving him experience of the sustainment needs within highly demanding customers.
For the most recent part of his career, Steve worked at Moog and as part of this companies’ growth strategy, led the Industrial and for the last 9yrs, Defence segment for International business, involving creation of some impressive technologies and capabilities for Defence applications the world over. He’s been a part of some high profile successes such as the Wimbledon Roof system, various Formula 1 markets, and of course in Defence, a very diverse range of global customers with very challenging demands in Land Sea and Air domains.
Now working at Dynisma, Steve is bringing all this relevant experience to the role of Managing Director and working in the team, is here to help put in place the customer and business organisation which will continue the growth that customers truly value.

When not working, Steve keeps himself busy with running, competitive cycling as well as being an enthusiast of live music and skittles. He also volunteers in various ways for the local community and having travelled the world extensively in past careers, is delighted to spend more time in the local area now he works at Dynisma.
