Tom Batchelor

Systems Engineer

Tom is systems engineer with over 6 years engineering experience across Defence, Motorsport and automotive industries. After graduating from University of the West of England (Bristol) in Mechanical Engineering, Tom completed the engineering graduate programme at Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S); during this time Tom completed secondments at Renault F1 team and Williams Advanced engineering before returning to the MOD as a systems engineer. Tom then spent time as a systems design engineer at Rolls-Royce before joining Dynisma.

At Dynisma, Tom is responsible the development and management of internal and customer requirements across all the engineering disciplines; whilst developing and implementing V&V plans to ensure system level compliance.

Outside of work, Tom plays cricket and golf, enjoys fair-weather cycling and spending time with friends & family.
