We are revolutionising the automotive and motorsport driving simulator market with disruptive Motion Generator technology.  Our novel approach to simulator system design delivers more data about vehicle dynamics and ride to drivers and passengers with less latency and more accurately than any other motion simulators available.

Dynisma’s team has a rich heritage in Motorsport and Automotive industries and many members have worked on or led simulator programs at McLaren, Ferrari and other notable F1 teams. We are now 50 people, and  our technologies are in high demand hence the reason for us requiring us to grow our Account Management into major Motorsport and Automotive customers.

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer with expertise in front-end development and embedded systems to join our team. As a Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining the software systems that drive our motion simulators. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and domain experts to create innovative solutions that elevate the simulation experience.

The Role

• Develop and maintain front-end software applications for our motion simulators, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall simulation experience.
• Integrate software systems with hardware components, including embedded systems, sensors, and actuators, to enable accurate motion control and synchronization.
• Optimise software performance by implementing efficient algorithms and techniques for real-time processing and rendering.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues, perform testing, and ensure the software meets high-quality standards.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A higher degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in front-end development, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, including software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience in developing software for embedded systems is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and microcontroller programming is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ for embedded systems.
• Experience with motion control systems or robotics is a strong plus.
