World’s highest bandwidth

Greater bandwidth is a core focus of the DMG philosophy.

High bandwidth facilitates motion cueing not possible on conventional motion platforms and with DMG technology delivering up to 100Hz the driver is given far more informaton on the state of the car and track. 

The human body is very sensitive to small changes – by accurately transferring this information to the driver, DMG can provide a far more realistic and immersive driving experience.

 

BENEFITS OF LOW LATENCY

With latency as low as 3-4ms, DMG delivers instantaneous vehicle dynamics feedback. This means the driver can react faster to events such as oversteer and means that visual stimuli such as kerb strikes are provided faster than even 240Hz projectors are able to update.

 

 

 

DIRECT DRIVE

Motion cueing data goes straight to the driver’s vestibular system in the rawest possible form, giving them an immediate and immersive sensory experience.

By minimising friction and eliminating backlash, DMG Motion Generators can accurately reproduce extremely small and subtle cues. The resulting driving experience is extremely clean, precise and smooth, representing a step change in immersion and accuracy of driving.

Kerbs feel natural, and drivers can get far closer to the limit of grip, due to the responsive and minutely accurate replication of very subtle acceleration variations.

 

Customizable

Any type of motorsport variation can be designed, built and integrated to the simulator or customer's own chassis can be utlised.
