Early Careers Recruitment

Each year, Dynisma recruits Summer Placement students, Interns, and Graduates to join our growing team of engineers and technical professionals. These roles offer hands-on experience with mentorship from simulation experts across the design, development, manufacture, and delivery of our industry-leading motion simulators.

Dynisma’s driving simulators are trusted by leading motorsport teams in F1, F2, Formula E, WEC, and IndyCar, and are widely used by global automotive OEMs for advanced vehicle development.

Key Information:

• Based at our Technology Campus near Bristol
• Applications for roles starting between June and October should be submitted by the end of November the previous year
• Applications for roles starting between January and April should be submitted by the end of August the previous year
• Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a half-day on-site assessment centre

Work Experience

We also offer a limited number of one-week work experience placements for school students each summer. These take place over a three-week window between June and July, offering hands-on experience in:

• Mechanical Engineering and CAD
• Simulation Demonstrations
• Build and Systems Engineering

These opportunities are highly competitive and spaces are limited.
