Together, we support the Break Free programme, which provides safe, fun, and inspiring holiday experiences for children whose families face financial pressures. The programme not only gives children the chance to take part in exciting adventures and social activities, but also ensures they enjoy nutritious meals and a sense of belonging during the school holidays.

By hosting microplacements, our team is helping to build stronger community connections and inspire the next generation of innovators. Not Impossible opens doors for young people from diverse backgrounds, giving them valuable insight into our industry while helping us discover emerging talent who share our values and purpose.

STEMAZING empowers women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths to become visible role models, helping to shape a more inclusive future.
Dynisma have partnered with STEMAZING to inspire, include and diversify the world of STEM.
Only 26% of the STEM workforce are women. By showcasing diverse role models, STEMAZING helps challenge stereotypes and encourages the next generation, especially young girls, to explore and thrive in STEM careers.
This partnership offers the chance to inspire the next generation while building confidence and communication skills that are transferable into our community and everyday life. Those who sign up have the chance to conduct engaging, hands-on STEM sessions in primary schools and access to mentor training programmes. Our employees become visible, empowered women in STEM.
