DMG-1 was the first Dynisma Motion Generator to redefine driving simulation, proving that ultra-low latency and high bandwidth from primary motion could be achieved.
Dynisma’s founder Ash Warne, who spent a decade at the forefront of F1 simulation with McLaren and Ferrari, derived DMG-1 from engineering first principles. Today DMG-1 remains an engineering-class platform, trusted by leading F2, Formula E, World Endurance and IndyCar teams for its responsiveness and correlation to real-world vehicle performance.
DMG-1 supports a wide range of motorsport applications, including:
The sim is very important as you need to get to qualifying straight on the pace. It gives you accurate and instantaneous feedback, for example the feeling of the car sliding or twitching. I've used a lot of sims in the past, but never one as advanced as this. The motion cues are impressive, especially how fast it is. Going into a slow speed corner you really feel a difference, when I hit the kerb. You're not waiting for something to happen, you’re just driving. It helps massively.
