Our CEO Ash Warne started the business in 2017 after leading the simulator programmes at McLaren and Ferrari F1 teams. We have since grown to a team of over 65 engineers, delivering turnkey driving simulators to customers including Ferrari F1 Team as well as a number of other marquee brands.
The Team
We are a team of engineers experienced both in the design and manufacture of driving simulators, as well as their use in vehicle development. We develop, deliver and support outstanding, ground-breaking simulators and motion generators that support the engineering that leads to winning performance on the track.
The Role
We are looking to fill a Warehouse Operative role covering the following:
- Physical inspection of items coming into Goods In
- Ability to identify issues with specs/materials vs engineering drawings
- Process Warehouse Receipts on ERP system and put away stock items in their physical location
- Responsible for accuracy of stock within ERP system, regular/rolling stock checks
- Support regular and year-end stock taking/counting
- Manage the operational part of the Non-Conformance Process
- Inspection and quality checks
- Scanning and filing of documents such as CoCs, delivery notes etc.
- Ensure accurate labelling and documentation of all items with Part number, Lot number and Serial number if required
- Collaborating with Finance & Procurement on stock related issues
- Collaborate with the Build team in assisting them with stock availability tooling etc coming into GI
- Working closely with the Quality team to ensure compliance
- Ensure all activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
- Promote sustainable practices that align with corporate social responsibility goals
- Comply with all health and safety policies (including clean workspace) and report any hazards or incidents promptly, leading by example
- Supporting the wider logistics team with overall logistics activities (e.g. kitting, managing returns and delivery notes to customers, cycle counts)
