Guy Ruthven serves as Customer Success Manager at Dynisma, where he applies extensive motorsport industry expertise to support the company's growing global customer base. With over two and a half decades of experience in motorsport customer support and project management, Guy has developed deep technical knowledge across competition vehicle programmes and customer operations.
Before joining Dynisma, Guy spent 23 years at RML Group, progressing from Project Support Engineer to Customer Support Manager. He successfully oversaw customer support operations across multiple motorsport programmes, including the BTCC Technical Partner programme, whilst coordinating engineering support for customers worldwide. Guy's technical background includes an HND in Motorsport Engineering experience across vehicle build planning, technical documentation and spare parts logistics.
His customer-focused approach and ability to bridge technical engineering with commercial operations makes him instrumental in ensuring Dynisma's clients maximise the performance of their motion simulation systems.
