Richard Tuffill joined Dynisma in October 2026 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing extensive financial leadership experience across high-growth engineering, energy and technology businesses. A qualified chartered accountant, Richard has a strong track record in shaping financial strategy and supporting organisations through periods of significant development and expansion.

As CFO, Richard is responsible for Dynisma's financial strategy, helping strengthen financial performance, support strategic investment decisions and establish the foundations for sustainable, long-term growth. His experience in complex, technology-led businesses will support Dynisma as it continues to scale its operations and expand internationally.

Before joining Dynisma, Richard served as CFO of newcleo, an advanced nuclear technology developer focused on next-generation small modular reactors. He previously held the CFO position at Horizon Nuclear Power, the developer of the proposed Wylfa Newydd nuclear power project.

Richard has also held senior financial leadership positions as CFO at Satellite Applications Catapult, AFC Energy plc and GT Green Technologies, spanning satellite technology, clean energy and advanced engineering.

With extensive experience across capital-intensive and innovative technology sectors, Richard brings the financial expertise and strategic perspective needed to support Dynisma's continued growth and long-term ambitions.
