Jason is a founding board member and Director within Dynisma and acts as one of the first points of contact with new clients.

He previously founded and exited the award winning IT Recruitment and Technology Consultancy firm, People Source Consulting, which grew to a £70m turnover organisation and listed as number 1 on the Hot 100 two years consecutively. 

His achievements have included two years consecutively on the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100, IoD young Director of the Year commendation, Insider Media 42 under 42, Fast 50, REC Business Leader of the year finalist and National Business Awards SME of the Year finalist.
