Dynisma, a multi-award-winning developer of high-performance Driver-in-the-Loop simulators, has been awarded Leadership Team of the Year 2026 at the prestigious British Business Awards, held last night on April 30 at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.

The awards, held in association with NatWest, recognise businesses demonstrating exceptional leadership, innovation and commercial performance across the UK. With hundreds of entries submitted this year, the competition was once again highly competitive, with Dynisma recognised for the strength, alignment and execution of its leadership team in driving sustained growth and operational excellence.

Dynisma’s leadership team has successfully scaled the business from a specialist engineering start-up into a global supplier of advanced simulation technology, supporting programmes across motorsport and automotive, as well as research and development applications worldwide. This growth has been underpinned by continued investment in people, processes and infrastructure, including the expansion of its Technology and Manufacturing Campus in the South West.

The judging panel recognised Dynisma’s ability to combine deep technical innovation with disciplined leadership and strong commercial execution, building a resilient organisation capable of scaling globally while maintaining engineering quality and delivery performance.
